The moment you receive the Gospel’s Good News, you have become gripped and TAKEN by God’s love and grace–open your life to that beautiful truth. And then knowing all that is in store for you, you realize you are BLESSED–God changes how we see who we are. And that includes recognizing we are BROKEN. Once we put all that together, we want to be GIVEN–we want the Lord to receive us, use us.

Self-rejection is the greatest enemy of the spiritual life because it contradicts the sacred voice that calls us the “Beloved”. Being the Beloved expresses the core truth of our existence.”
